  • 2026 Camp Dates: Belochki/Volchata camp will be held from Saturday, July 11, 2026 to Saturday, July 25, 2026.

    Camp Registration: Registration for camp opens Thursday, April 14th and ends on Friday, June 19th. 

    Camp Fee Schedule: Below are the rates for 2026 Belochki/Volchata camp:

    • Two week camp session: $1,200 first child, $1,000 second child
    • Visitors: $25 per day

    Membership and Release Forms: Membership and the Parental Release & Consent for Medical and Surgical Care forms must be completed for each child (if you have not already submitted it with your annual dues). Each child must have medical insurance and a copy of their insurance card on file in order to attend camp. Child membership forms can be found here: Child Membership form.

    Packing List: A packing list will be provided prior to camp once registration is verified.

        • By signing below, Parent(s)/Guardian(s) understand that off-site day trips may be planned for additional swimming, hiking, etc. and scouts may be driven by private parties.

        • Camper Code of Conduct

        • I have chosen to participate in the St. George Pathfinders Camp and will conduct myself in such a way that I may be welcome to return in the future. During my stay at the 2026 St. George Pathfinders Camp:

          • I will conduct myself in a responsible manner, treating everyone with courtesy and respect.
          • I will follow camp rules and the direction and instructions of camp staff.
          • I will not participate in any verbal or physical abuse toward any other camper, adult or guest in camp.
          • I will treat wildlife and all property with respect.
          • I will not bring or use alcohol, drugs or firearms in camp.
          • If I am 17 or younger and require medication, I will provide said medications to first aid staff for the duration of camp.
          • I understand that if I violate any of the above, I will be required to call my parents to explain what happened and what I did wrong.

          Parents may be required to pick up their child immediately depending on the severity of the violation. Otherwise a warning will be issued and if there is a second violation, the camper will be required to go home. Decisions to send a camper home are at the sole discretion of camp administration.

          If a camper is removed for a violation, no refund will be issued for the remainder of their unused camp time and additional expenses may be incurred.

        • Camp Directions

          Take 101 North from San Francisco to Laytonville (approximately 170 miles). Once in Laytonville, turn left on Branscomb Road. Go 9 miles along Branscomb until you see a green “St. George Pathfinders” sign on your left. Turn left into the driveway for 8601 Branscomb Road.

          Camp Arrival

          We ask that all parents arrive no earlier than 12 noon on Saturday July 19, help with camp set up, and not leave until the work is complete. Please note that only camp staff are allowed on premises prior to the 12 noon start time. The first meal to be served in camp will be dinner on Saturday, July 19th.  Please provide your camper with breakfast and lunch if needed. 

          Parking

          We ask that parents leave all cars in the designated parking lot and do not drive across the bridge into the camp area.

          Not Allowed

          Absolutely no alcohol, drugs, firearms, dogs or other animals allowed on camp premises.

          Camp Mail

          All camper mail should be addressed to: St. George Pathfinders, 8601 Branscomb Road, Laytonville, CA 95454.

          Camp Departure

          Please keep in mind that camp ends on Saturday, July 25th at 10:00 am. Campers and parents should not leave until camps and inventory are put away and cleaned up. Remember, the staff are composed of unpaid volunteers, and at the end of a busy 2 weeks, need your help in shutting/closing down camp.
