Between December 4th, 2026 and January 15th, 2027 please send your signed and scanned Medical Certificate and information on your insurance cover to the race organizer by email. Please also take the original Medical Certificate and insurance information with you to Yukon.
The Yukon Arctic Ultra Race organisation has collected the medical information to assist in helping athletes in the event of a medical emergency. The information will be kept confidential between the athlete, guides and medical staff.

With your signature on page 7, you declare that the information in your Medical Information form is correct.

IMPORTANT

Please make sure you contact us in time if you have any doubts regarding your medical condition. For example, don't tell us once you have paid everything and are in Whitehorse that you have blood circulation problems as we would not let you start.
