  • Hey, friend!  Thank you for your interest in bringing a group to the 2026 Diocesan Catholic Youth Conference.  We're thrilled to partner with you in providing an unforgettable experience for the young people in your ministry.  This year's theme is "Take Courage" inspired by Galatians 3: 26-27 "For through faith you are all children of God in Christ Jesus. For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ."

    Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 10, 2026!

    Step 1: Gather your group details. To register your group, you'll need basic information such as the number of youth and adults, your group (or church parish) contact details, and any special notes specifically for your group.  It's helpful to collect these details ahead of time to ensure accuracy. The Diocese of Tyler requieres 1 adult per 8 students per gender to meet the safe enviroment guidelines. Every person over 18 needs to have completed the Ethics & Integrity training.

    Step 2: Register Online. You're in the right place!  Our online registration system is designed to be user-friendly.  Once you're ready, complete and submit the group registration form below.  Once you submit this form, you'll receive an email with payment details, deadlines and more.  

    Step 3: Submit Payments On Time. Timely payments are crucial to securing your group's spot at the conference.  Refer to the deadlines outlined in the follow-up email, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about payment options. 

    Step 4: Stay Connected. After registering, you'll receive regular updates and reminders from our team.  Keep an eye on your email for important announcements and feel free to reach out if you have any concerns along the way. Follow our Social Media account to encourage your teens!

    You are in charge of the whole group and will serve as the main contact for all documents and communications.

  • Group Registration Information

    *As the group leader, you will occasionally be pulled away from the group. For this reason, we suggest that you don't count yourself as a chaperon to meet the Diocesan ratio of 8-1 per gender.
  • Registration Payment information

  • Early Bird (April 20-May 31) $40

    Regular (June 1 to Sep 11) $60

    Late (Sep 12-Oct 8) $70

    Billing details:

    Each parish/group will be billed through their monthly assesment in October and November.

    • $20 deposit per person. Deposits are non-refundable and will be billed to your parish on the October Assesment at the rate according to the date you register
    • You can add/drop spots by September 11 (at the rate according to the date you submit the form). After September 11, your group may add spots (if space allows) but will not be able to drop.

    • Balance due will be billed to each parish/group on the November Assesment.

    More details will be included in the follow up email after you submit registration.

  • Optional Overnight Stay

  • We are excited to be able to provide overnight stay with limited space available. Please read carefully.

    Pricing as follows:

    • $30/teen
      • We will do our best to keep groups together. Rooms will be filled to capacity at 6 beds per room. Groups might be combined.
      • If there's need for special accomodations for your group, please contact us.
    • Chaperones will room together at no cost.
    • Deadline to reserve for overnight stay is September 11.
      • Full balance will be included in the October Assesment.
    • Once you sumbit your resgistration, you will receive an email with a link to reserve your overnight accomodations.

    *Diocese of Tyler will not be providing any programming on Friday. Your group is responsible for food and any activities from arrival Friday until 8:00 am on Saturday.
