  • Vendor Agreement By participating as a vendor, you agree to comply with all event policies, instructions from organizers, and applicable laws. You are responsible for the conduct of your staff, your setup, your merchandise, and your sales operations throughout the event.

  • Compliance Requirements All vendors must follow event guidelines, local health and safety rules, and any venue-specific requirements. Vendors must maintain a professional appearance, keep their area clean, and cooperate with event staff at all times.
  • Location Conduct Vendors must conduct themselves respectfully toward guests, other vendors, staff, and venue personnel. Harassment, disruptive behavior, unsafe practices, or failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the event without refund.
  • Setup & Breakdown Setup and breakdown must occur only during the designated times provided by event organizers. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own equipment, completing setup safely, and removing all materials and trash at the end of the event.
  • Power & Equipment Any power, tables, chairs, extension cords, or special equipment needed for your booth are the vendor’s responsibility unless explicitly provided by the event. Equipment must be used safely and in compliance with venue rules.
  • Prohibited Items Vendors may not sell or display illegal, unsafe, offensive, or otherwise prohibited items. Event organizers reserve the right to restrict products or ask that any item be removed if it does not meet event standards or venue requirements.
  • Payments & Refund Policy All vendor fees must be paid according to the terms provided by the event organizers. Unless otherwise stated in writing, vendor fees are non-refundable, including in the case of weather, schedule changes, or vendor cancellation.
  • Liability Waiver By signing below, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk. You agree that the event organizers, venue, and affiliated parties are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, or any other claims arising from your participation except where required by law.
  • Media Release You grant permission for the event organizers to photograph, record, and use your booth, products, likeness, and business name for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes in any media, without additional compensation.
