Market Map:

Market Qualification: 

• Vendors must submit a completed application that is approved by ORE
• All vendors must abide by all Alberta Farmer’s Market Vendor Rules
• Vendors must operate under public health protocols and regulations
• Olds Regional Exhibition reserves the right to qualify, disqualify or restrict any vendor(s) at its own discretion

Market Information: 

• Tables will only be guaranteed upon receipt of payment; two spaces maximum per vendor
• You will be contacted within 3 weeks of your application submission to be updated on your application status.
• Vendors will have 10 business days after receiving an acceptance email to pay online or in person, after those 10 days the space will be offered to the waitlist
• Vendors with food items must provide ORE the Approved Safe Food Handling Certificate within 10 days of application approval; Certificate must be visibly presented the market
• Tables are assigned at ORE’s discretion; no guarantee/promise of location
• Vendors will receive the map on the Tuesday prior to the market
• Vendors must remain in their designated area
• ORE can cancel any market due to impact on public safety
• Vendors must be in place by 3:30pm every Thursday
• Outdoor markets will be on a first come first serve parking basis with no map
