EVENT INFORMATION
Who: Girl Scouts - all levels
Where: Camp Oak Spring - 228 Weston Rd, Somerset, NJ
Date: Friday October 16th - Sunday October 18th, 2026
Cost: $50/troop to hold a spot. Camping cost will be $35/girl and $17.50/adult.
Min/Max: 25/100 participants (girls and adults)
Registration closes: Sunday, May 31st. We will reach out in June to share the co-op activities for you to choose from and again in September for final troop participant roster, proof of First Aid/CPR and Outdoor training, and final payment.
Weekend plans are in development, and your input on this reservation form will help us decide what to do - but we can confirm that there will be a campfire on both nights, lots of fun activities during the day, and a group dinner will be provided on Saturday night. Breakfast and lunch will be the responsibility of the troop.
Troops will have a choice of sleeping arrangements from bringing your own tents (SU72 has some you can borrow) or using one of the Oak Spring platform tents (tents up on a deck). Girls may come and go if they have other weekend activities they cannot miss.
**This is a Co-Op Camping Event! Participating Troops will be asked to select from a list of activities to help out with the weekend. Options include a variety of different commitment levels so everyone can choose something that works for their troop.**

This is a Troop/IRG+Mentor REGISTRATION EVENT. All troops must have the sufficient number of registered and background checked adults to meet safety ratios and IRMs must be attending with a troop or with a member-parent. Leaders must be Outdoor Level 1 trained This reservation fee is transferrable, but non-refundable.
