    Filming & Photography Request Form - QLD State Cup 2026

  • If you wish to film or photograph your teams at QLD State Cup 2026, please complete the form below by 5:00pm AEST Friday, 6th November 2026. Requests cannot be made after this time. 

    All individuals requesting to photograph or film at the event must meet the following criteria:

    • Have written permission from their entity
    • Hold a relevant Working with Children Check (WWCC) / Blue Card or equivalent
    • Have completed the Sport Integrity Australia Safeguarding Children and Young People in Sport Induction
    • Are registered as a QSC Videographer/Photographer via MySideline (volunteer)– here.

    A reminder that teams must advise the opposition team they are filming, prior to the match commencing, as a courtesy.

    Official team photographers will receive an official lanyard upon completing the application form and receiving written confirmation from Queensland Touch Football (QTF). Lanyards can be collected on Day 1 of the tournament at the Information Desk and must be worn at all times while photographing. Lanyards must be returned at the conclusion of the event.

    As outlined in the Conditions of Entry, sanctions may apply if a team or entity is found to have breached this requirement.

    QTF will conduct an audit to confirm the course completion before your request can be considered.

  • Filming Declaration

  • I Agree that I, any person or entity I represent will not:

    • Sell any footage or use any footage captured at the event for commercial purpose/gain;
    • Publish/post any footage more than 30 seconds in duration on the internet or any other public forum/place;
    • Provide footage to individuals, entities or third parties for them to post, upload or sell;
    • Individuals must not publish, post, or share any photographs, videos, or commentary (written or verbal) on the internet or any public forum that could reflect negatively on any person, team, association, Queensland Touch Football (QTF), or the sport of touch football;
    • Use the Queensland Touch Football or event logos in any footage, photography, or promotional materials;
    • Present as the official photographer or videographer of the event in any way;
    • Livestream any content externally.

    I understand that I and/or the entity I represent may face sanctions if I or the person/entity I represent breaches any of the above.

    I understand that by registering for the event via this form, I am bound by the provisions of the National Integrity Framework, the Safeguarding Children and Young People Policy, and the Membership and Participant Declaration.

    I agree that I will obtain permission from both teams to film their game prior to the start of each match. If permission is not granted, I will refrain from filming.
