8 PARTNERSHIP TERMS & ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
PARTNERSHIP TERMS: This enrollment establishes a referral-based preferred partner relationship between the CDL school identified above and M2Z Compliance Solutions. There are no fees, minimums, or contracts required to participate. M2Z agrees to list the school on our Preferred Partner page, provide partner pricing on student services, and deliver requested educational materials. The school agrees to refer students to M2Z for DOT physicals and pre-employment testing and to list M2Z as a preferred compliance resource in student materials. Either party may terminate the partnership at any time with written notice. M2Z reserves the right to remove any partner from the listing for any reason.
