    Vendor Set-Up Begins: 7:30 AM

    Event Details

    This is an outdoor event. Vendors must provide their own:

    • Tent

    • Tables

    • Chairs

    • Displays

    Battery operated fans are highly recommended  


    The event runs alongside activities at the Liberty Theater, food trucks will be located directly across the street on 13th & Walnut, downtown businesses will be doing a Shop Hop, lots of activities and hopefully lots of foot traffic.


    This is a rain or shine event.

    No refunds will be issued for weather or personal reasons.

    All proceeds from vendor fees go directly back into the festival to support current and future events. This is a 100% volunteer-run festival—we have no paid employees.

    • This is a curated event. We will do our best to avoid duplicate vendors.

    • All items must be family-friendly.

    • You must list ALL items you intend to sell.

    • Approval is required before acceptance.
