We are forming NEW teams for the Fall 2026 season and are looking for serious, dedicated players to join our program.

Our mission is simple:
Develop players the right way while competing at a high level.

We offer:
• Competitive Teams – For experienced, high-level players ready for tournament play
• Developmental Teams – For players focused on building skills and improving

Spots are limited. Registration does not guarantee placement.

I, the parent or legal guardian of the above-named participant, hereby give permission for my child to participate in Prospects Elite Baseball tryouts, practices, games, and related activities.

I understand that participation in baseball and training activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury from bats, balls, collisions, and physical exertion.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree that Prospects Elite Baseball, its coaches, staff, and facility are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur.

I certify that my child is physically able to participate in baseball activities and has no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Prospects Elite staff to obtain medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached.

I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Prospects Elite Baseball, its owners, coaches, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from participation.
