Discount Policy
Discounts are valid only for registrations completed in a single booking. Should a parent choose to enroll in additional weeks at a later time, any applicable discount will not be applied retroactively.
Enrollment Deadline
To ensure proper preparation and provision of materials, all children must be enrolled and fees paid in full at least seven (7) days prior to the commencement of each camp week. Late enrollments may result in limited access to program materials or experiences.
Refunds and Schedule Changes
Please note that no refunds will be issued for missed days. Additionally, once registration has been confirmed, week selections are final and non-transferable. For instance, a registration for Week 2 may not be moved to Week 3.
Late Pick-Up Fee
Timely pick-up is expected. A late fee will be incurred for any child picked up after the scheduled dismissal time of 3:00 PM.

ส่วนลดจะมีผลเฉพาะในกรณีที่มีการลงทะเบียนในครั้งแรกครั้งเดียวเท่านั้น หากผู้ปกครองเลือกลงทะเบียนเพิ่มเติมในภายหลัง ส่วนลดจะไม่สามารถย้อนกลับไปใช้กับการลงทะเบียนก่อนหน้าได้
กำหนดเวลาการลงทะเบียน
เพื่อให้สามารถจัดเตรียมวัสดุและกิจกรรมได้อย่างเหมาะสม เด็กทุกคนจะต้องลงทะเบียนและชำระค่าธรรมเนียมเต็มจำนวนอย่างน้อย เจ็ด (7) วันก่อนวันเริ่มต้นของแต่ละสัปดาห์ หากมีการลงทะเบียนล่าช้า นักเรียนอาจไม่ได้รับวัสดุหรือประสบการณ์บางรายการตามที่ระบุไว้ในโปรแกรม
การคืนเงินและการเปลี่ยนแปลงตารางเรียน
ขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่า จะไม่มีการคืนเงินในกรณีที่ขาดเรียน และหลังจากยืนยันการลงทะเบียนแล้ว จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงสัปดาห์ที่ลงทะเบียนได้ เช่น หากลงทะเบียนสำหรับสัปดาห์ที่ 2 จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นสัปดาห์ที่ 3 ได้
ค่าธรรมเนียมกรณีมารับล่าช้า
ผู้ปกครองต้องมารับบุตรหลานตรงตามเวลาที่กำหนด หากมีการมารับหลังเวลาเลิกกิจกรรมซึ่งกำหนดไว้ที่ 15:00 น. จะมีการเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติม
