Please complete the form below to request facility space at The O.W.E. Center. Requests must be submitted via this form AT LEAST 6 WEEKS prior to the date of the event. Requests submitted less than 6 weeks in advance may require special approval.

*NOTE: This facility use request form does NOT guarantee that dates and times requested are reserved. Your reservation is not final until you have received a written confirmation from our office. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for approvals to take place.

  Set The Captives Free Outreach Center, Inc (STCF) reserves the right to deny approval for the use of facilities at The O.W.E. Center when (STCF) determines that a proposed activity may place at risk the safety of members of the community, the participants, or may adversely affect the facility, or which may place STCF in a position of bearing inordinate liability.
