Summer Safari is the Pittsburgh Zoo’s largest annual fundraiser welcoming over 1,000 guests for a night of fun, food and drink, music and of course, animals. Vendors, like yourself, come on grounds to provide samples of your choice to guests in exchange for promotional and marketing opportunities on grounds, Zoo signage, and ability to interact with over 1,000 guests! This event has rolling locations and times with certain areas closing or opening at varying times making it possible for vendors who can only commit at different times. We, the Pittsburgh Zoo, provides all napkins, forks, spoons, knives, plates, etc.

Please note that completion of this form will serve as a written commitment to participate in the event. Please email summersafari@pittsburghzoo.org if you have questions or unable to attend after submitting this form.

This form must be completed and submitted by May 1st to be added to the program. Submissions between May 1st and May 13th are not guaranteed a spot in the program but will still get on ground signage!
