    • Baking Schedule: 

    • We offer premium baked-to-order products made with top-tier ingredients without the use of preservatives.

      We adhere to the following production schedule:

      1. We accept orders from Monday through Wednesday. Some preparatory work is started on the day the order is received.
      2. We bake ordered items from Thursday through Friday.
      3. Orders are picked-up from Friday through Sunday.
      4. Orders placed and paid for after Wednesday will be ready for pick-up on the succeeding Friday through Sunday.

      Kindly note that since preparatory work is started on the day the order is received, all orders are considered final once payments are made.

    • Standard Packaging: 

    • Cookie Packaging:

      Each cookie is packaged individually. The cookie is placed on a grease-proof paper liner and placed and sealed into a clear food-safe plastic pouch.

       

      Brownie Packaging:

      Each individual brownie cut is placed onto a grease-proof paper liner and then positioned into the approprite brownie box.

       

      Cupcake Packaging:

      Each cupcake has a grease-proof paper liner and is positioned into the holder within the appropriate cupcake box.

       

      Optional Packaging:

      Periodically, other packaging options will be made available.

    • Terms & Conditions: 

    • Payments:

      Order amounts have to be paid-in-full prior to order processing. We currently accept payments through online bank transfer and GCash.

      Order Pick-up:

      We currently offer 2 methods:

      1. Customer Direct Pick-up.
      2. Customer-Arranged pick-up. These are through point-to-point courier services, such as Lalamove. The cost of this service is shouldered by the customer.

      Complete pick-up details (contact name, contact mobile and address) will be provided when the ordered items are ready for pick-up. Customers will be notified accordingly.

      We package all orders appropriately for pick-up. Damages that occur during the pick-up and delivery process are wholely attributed to the courier’s handling and are not grounds for return, replacement or refund.
