Faith Formation Continuing Education Grant and Covenant

Thank you for applying for the synod's faith formation continuing education grant.
Additional guidance:
1. Ensure eligibility: volunteer or paid faith formation leaders serving a congregation in the Southeastern Minnesota Synod are eligible to apply for this grant.
2. Identify continuing education goals in partnership with congregation leadership and rostered minister of the congregation.
3. Complete the online application form below. Please discuss your grant and continuing education plan with your congregation leadership in advance of submitting your application.
4. Submit a completed application form by either February 1, June 1, or October 1.
5. Applicants will be notified of a response within 45 days of the upcoming application deadline.
6. This grant is awarded at an amount of $500, and faith formation leaders may apply every three years.
