All requests for exhibitor space will be treated on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration deadline is September 1, 2026. Registration is not complete until full payment of participation fees has been received.
Requirements: Regulations and guidelines of the IACS are to be followed and a Biblical Christian testimony must be maintained. The IACS will provide video security for the protection of the exhibits. All displays should be in good taste. Conduct and conversation must be in accordance with Biblical standards. Dress should be modest business casual.
Changes Policy: All refund requests must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026 for a 50% refund of total fee. No refunds are available after this date. A cancellation fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund amount. No refunds or adjustments will be made at the convention. If you have further questions, please email secretary@indianaacs.org.
