The University of Mississippi Student Airport Shuttle Reservation Form

Due to ongoing construction at the Memphis International Airport, there may be delays when shuttling into, and out of, the Memphis Airport. Buses have a new drop off/pickup point at the airport, and this may cause the buses to have to wait to drop off/pickup passengers. We have no control over this matter. For shuttles from Oxford to Memphis - Please be sure that you have given yourself a minimum of 3 hours between your shuttle departure time, and your flight out of the Memphis Airport. For shuttles from Memphis to Oxford - These shuttles may have delayed pick up times as well, and your wait at the Memphis Airport may be extended. No refunds will be issued for travel in regards to this matter, and we do not know when the construction will be complete.

This form is only for shuttles from the Jackson Avenue Center to the Memphis International Airport on 5/4/2026 - 5/9/2026. At the end of this form, you will be directed to pay immediately. The payment receipt is your shuttle confirmation.

The cost of a one-way shuttle is $95.00 per person. Please have your credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) ready for payment before starting this form.

The Oxford location for all departing shuttles is the Jackson Avenue Center, 1111 West Jackson Ave. Oxford, MS 38655, unless otherwise stated. This location may be subject to change.

Parking & Vehicular Reminders

Please read the emails sent from Parking regarding any changes made during holiday/summer breaks! These emails contain important information regarding parking changes!
Please be aware of the area (Commuter, Faculty, Staff, etc.) you park your vehicle
Most students should have University parking permits.
If you do not have a parking permit you should email parking@olemiss.edu to register the vehicle, so we know they are parked at the JAC for the airport shuttle.
Please do not store valuables in your car as best practices when vehicles are parked for a long duration.

READ BEFORE PROCEEDING

Our department recommends that you pick a shuttle that departs the Jackson Avenue Center a minimum 3-hours prior to your departing flight time.
- The shuttle will take approximately 1.5 hours to travel from the University of Mississippi to the Memphis International Airport
The shuttle will depart at exactly the time listed.
- If you miss your shuttle for any reason, we will add you to the next scheduled shuttle and you will have to wait until it departs.
- If there is no additional shuttle, then you may be eligible for a refund based on our refund policy.
