Consignment Terms & Conditions
Items submitted for consignment must be clean, in excellent condition, and free of stains, damage, or excessive wear. Emma’s Closet carefully selects items based on style, season, and current demand, and all pricing is determined by the store at its discretion. The consignment period is 60 days. If unsold items are selected for return, they must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe; otherwise, they may be donated.

Payout & Commission
Consignors receive 60% of the final sale price, with Emma’s Closet retaining 40% to cover curation, marketing, and selling your items. Payouts are sent via e-transfer every three months, once items have sold and been processed.
