  • ASHA Membership

    An American Stock Horse Association (ASHA) membership and horse competition license is required to compete. Memberships may be purchased online at https://americanstockhorseassociation.org or in person on the day of the event. If you are planning to complete your membership the day of the event, you will need to bring a physical copy of your horse's registration papers (registered) or a physical copy of their coggins papers (grade) to be sent into ASHA.   • Divisions and Classes

    A rider must enter all classes within a division in order to qualify for the high point award. Riders may enter more than one division if eligible. Please check the ASHA rulebook for eligibility before pre-entering. Fees are listed on each class section on the form below. Class fees will be paid the morning of the show. We accept cash or check.
  • Select the divisions you wish to show in for class offerings to populate. Please refer to the ASHA Handbook for eligibility requirements.

    To reserve stalls at MSU please contact Shianne Moreland directly at (573)864-9807. Stalls are extremely limited and will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. If all stalls have been reserved exhibitors who require overnight stalling may consider Longhorn Arena in Mount Vernon as an alternative option.     By submitting this form, I hereby release and absolve MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY and its employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability due to personal injury and/or property loss or damage which may occur while participating in activities at the Darr Agricultural Center. By submitting this document, I affirm that I am participating in this activity of my own free will. I also declare that I will take all necessary and/or recommended precautions to insure my own person against physical and/or mental injury and property loss or damage. I further declare that I assume responsibility for my actions or behaviors. Under Missouri law, an equine activity sponsor, an equine professional, a livestock activity sponsor, a livestock owner, a livestock facility, a livestock auction market, or any employee thereof is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine or livestock activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine or livestock activities pursuant to the Revised Statutes of Missouri. I understand that any disorderly conduct including severe disrespect to the show staff, fellow exhibitors, and spectators will not be tolerated. Show management reserves the right to deem any disorderly conduct as unsafe and disruptive and will dismiss and escort any participant or spectator off of the premises with no refunds. Disorderly conduct includes any threatening behavior, refusing to obey an official order for safety purposes, creating a hazardous condition without legitimate purpose, or consistently and loudly using foul language toward other persons.Thank you for helping us keep MSU shows family-friendly and enjoyable!
