Thank you for your interest in participating in the "Talking Shit Show", a project by Tara Cheyenne Performance
Join artist Tara Cheyenne for a bold and playful performance experiment that blends dance-theatre, comedy, and talk show energy. Centered on the theme of ageism in dance, participants will explore big questions around aging, artistry, and what it means to sustain a creative life—through humour, honesty, and shared witnessing.
We’re inviting dance artists of all genres, backgrounds, ages, and experience levels to take part in a lively and collaborative research process with Tara Cheyenne. Participants will join informal daytime sessions to share ideas, connect, and contribute their unique perspectives—expect conversation, laughter, and meaningful exchange. There is also an opportunity to be part of a final showing, though participation in a research session alone is welcome.
