VEHICLE LOANER AGGEMENT

 

1. Driver Eligibility

Borrower must:

Be at least 21 years of age
Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
Provide proof of active auto insurance meeting Washington minimum requirements:
$25,000 bodily injury per person
$50,000 bodily injury per accident
$10,000 property damage
Borrower agrees that only authorized drivers listed on this agreement may operate the vehicle. 

2. Insurance & Liability

Borrower’s personal auto insurance is primary coverage for any accident, damage, or loss.
Business insurance is secondary and may not cover all damages.
Borrower is responsible for:
Deductibles
Any uncovered damages
Loss of use of the vehicle
Diminished value
Borrower agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the business from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from use of the loaner vehicle.

 

3. Permitted Use

The loaner vehicle may ONLY be used for:

Personal transportation during service period
The following are strictly prohibited:

Commercial use (rideshare, delivery, etc.)
Towing or hauling
Racing or reckless driving
Driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol
Allowing unauthorized drivers

4. Vehicle Condition

Borrower acknowledges:

Vehicle is received in good working condition
Any existing damage is documented prior to release
Borrower agrees to:

Return the vehicle in the same condition, excluding normal wear
Pay for any new damage, excessive wear, or cleaning required

5. Fuel Policy

Vehicle must be returned with same fuel level as received
A refueling charge + service fee may apply if not returned properly

 

7. Accidents & Incidents

In the event of an accident, borrower must:

Contact local law enforcement (if required by WA law)
Notify the business immediately
Provide insurance and incident details
Borrower is responsible for all damages regardless of fault until claims are resolved.

 

8. Traffic Violations & Tolls

Borrower is responsible for:

All tickets, tolls, parking violations, and fees incurred
Administrative processing fee: $______ per violation

9. Prohibited Activities (Washington Compliance)

Borrower agrees NOT to:

Use handheld devices while driving (per WA distracted driving laws)
Transport illegal substances
Operate vehicle in unsafe or unlawful manner

11. Right to Revoke

The business reserves the right to:

Revoke use of the loaner vehicle at any time
Require immediate return of vehicle

12. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By signing below, borrower agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
