It is understood that the applicant taking these classes is in good health and physical condition and that she is able to handle the exercise program given. The applicant cannot hold DanseFitLife, Teresa Estrada the teachers, assistants or associates, legally responsible for injuries that may occur, accidental or otherwise, while participating in a dance class. That also includes anywhere on the premises including the individual studios and adjacent areas. Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
