  • Deadline for this form is June 15, 2026. Any submission after the June 15 deadline will not be considered for BREC’s 2027 Marketing Plan process.

    By submitting this application, you agree to provide the following documentation within the designated timelines below.

    • 2027 or Current Media Kit
      • 2027 Rate Sheet (Rates to reflect any custom pricing specific to BREC for 2027)
      • Ad Specs/Sizes + Deadlines 
      • Evidence of measurable audience (Circulation numbers, pick up rates, views, listens, click through rates, pages visits, etc.) if applicable

  • All media vendors have the choice to attend media pitch week in-person or submit their information digitally without scheduling a meeting. Should you choose to opt out, the Communications team may still contact you to arrange a meeting if they determine it to be necessary.

    What to consider before making this decision:

    • If you are a long-time BREC advertising vendor and your rates, ad specs, products, services, etc. are remaining the same as last year, then you may not need to attend a meeting, but rather submit your information digitally.
    • If you are a new media vendor who has never been through the media pitch week process, or if you are a returning vendor who will be pitching new products, services, and rates or presenting a customized pitch for BREC, then you may want to schedule a media pitch week meeting.

    Please Note: While opting out of a meeting will NOT impact your opportunity to be a BREC advertising vendor in 2027, failure to meet any of the submission deadlines will disqualify you from the marketing plan process and advertising budget spend.
