Thank you for contacting Community Law Waikato for your legal matter. This email gives you information on the service we will provide you.

1.		Assigned Advocate and Lawyer
		I am an advocate and the main contact for your file. My supervising solicitor is {supervisingSolicitor}.
2.		Terms of engagement

3.		Cost
		Our service is effectively free. You do not have to pay us, but we may seek payment from a third parties and may send you an invoice for any costs which are awarded against a third party or agreed to be paid by a third party (for example, ACC in a review hearing). However, the invoice will not be more than the awarded costs or agreed costs. Such costs will be paid directly to us by the third party. You may need to pay for the cost of disbursements (for example courier fees or application fees). More information is in the fees/charges section of our terms of engagement.
