VISA Requirements:
US Citizens: The European Union has implemented their Entry/Exit System (EES) effective April 12, 2026 for all non-EU citizens. There is nothing you need to do prior to travel — your biometric data (e.i., fingerprints and facial scan) will be colleted upon arrival into your first entrance into any EU country.

The European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) is scheduled to go into effect in late 2026. Once that is in place, non-EU passport holders will need to apply for the ETIAS authorization before travel. You will need to complete an application and pay a service fee of 20 euros (about $24) online. The authorization will be valid for two years or passport expiration if less than 2 years.

NON-US Citizens: Please contact the Embassy of the country that issued your passport for EES, and/or ETIAS requirements & assistance.

Rome & Sicily Tour: Plan your departure from the US on April 16, 2027 to arrive in Rome (FCO), Italy on April 17, 2027. The tour concludes in Catania (CTA), Sicily on April 29, 2027. You may plan your departure for any time on the April 29th.
