    Please fill out the required items for class uniform and return if you would like to join the group order to save on shipping. Message me if you have any problems or questions with this form.

    Please read the sizing charts, and measure your dancer for a good fit. -Bodysuits fit best when you order to the girth measurement.
    -Ballet shoes typically go up half or a full size to regular street shoes. 
     
    Payment is required at the time of ordering, all totals are + 5% tax

    1. Start with your dancer’s regular street shoe size.
    2. Ballet shoes often fit about half to one full size larger than street shoes.
    3. If your dancer is between sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
    4. When in doubt, just ask us!
    5. Please note the size number and width when ordering.
