    • Assumption of Risk
      I agree that my participation in Art Hop 2026 is voluntary and that I assume all risk related to displaying my artwork in a downtown Port Huron business. I accept full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to my artwork.
      Release of Liability
      I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Wrigley Center, the hosting business, and all event partners from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from or related to the display, installation, removal, or presence of my artwork during Art Hop 2026, including agreed-upon setup and teardown periods.
      Insurance Acknowledgment
      I agree that the Wrigley Center, hosting businesses, and event partners do not provide insurance coverage for artwork, and I am solely responsible for insuring my work if I choose to do so.
      Installation and Removal Responsibility
      I agree that I am responsible for the safe installation and removal of my artwork and will coordinate directly with the hosting business to meet agreed timelines.
      Responsibility for Property Damage
      I agree that if my artwork or its installation causes damage to the hosting business or any other property, I will be financially responsible for all repair or replacement costs.
      Agreement Term
      I agree that this agreement is effective from the date of my acceptance through the conclusion of Art Hop 2026, including the display period, public voting, and awards activities.

    • Thank you so much for participating in the 2026 Art Hop contest! Your submission will still be pending until you have paid the application fee of $25 flat via Venmo @thewrigleyfoundation (last four of phone number is 3150) Please include your name, your artist name (if different) and "PH Art Hop Contest fee" in the memo.

      We can also accept checks!

       

      Checks MUST be made out to: The Wrigley Foundation.

      They can be dropped off at the Wrigley Center, just ask for the manager on site and give it to them, or, checks can be mailed to

      Applications for the contest will close on May 1st. We will then begin reviewing all submissions and begin pairing them with businesses. You will receive an email with your paired business's name and contact info. It will be up to you to get in touch with the business and make arrangements for the installation. Your piece must be set up by 5pm on Friday, May 15th and must stay there for the full length of the contest until the contest ends on Friday, May 29th and must be removed by June 5th.
