Terms & Conditions
BOOKING, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS
A non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your event date. Services are not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the start of your event. For outdoor events, the client must provide adequate coverage (tent or shelter) in case of inclement weather. In unsafe weather conditions, services may be paused or canceled for safety reasons. All reservation fees (deposits) are non-refundable, and cancellations made within seven (7) days may result in partial or no refund of remaining balance. Dates may be rescheduled due to availability of Steve Thee Bartender and staff. Upon receiving of the reservation fee (deposit), a copy of the staff’s bartending license(s) and/or the General Liquor Liability Insurance (if applicable) can be requested by the client.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Thee Zero Proof Mocktail Bar Package: Everything will be supplied by Steve Thee Bartender. Unless otherwise specified with the ADD-ON, the drinks will be self-served, and all dispensers/décor/cups are to care for as rentals.
- Thee Standard Bar Package: The client supplies bar setup, liquor, ice, garnishes, juice, sodas and ingredients needed.
- Thee Platinum Bar Package: The client supplies liquor, ice, and sodas only. Garnishes, juices, mixers and ingredients needed will be supplied by Steve Thee Bartender.
- The VIP Bar Package: Everything will be supplied by Steve Thee Bartender including select liquor, liqueurs, ice, juices, premium mixers and certain ADD-ONS are included at no extra cost.
The client is solely responsible for permissions and required licenses of the venue where the event will be held regarding alcohol serving and operating.
The client should inform Steve Thee Bartender of any requested ADD-ONS that are not usually included (Ex. Specialized Menu Display, Slushie Machine, Dispensers).
SERVICE TIME & OVERTIME
Service begins and ends at the times agreed upon between the client and Steve Thee Bartender. Any additional time requested during the event will be subject to availability of products and staff, at the discretion of Steve Thee Bartender and billed at an hourly overtime rate. Please be aware that service time(s) are usually in increments of three (3) hours. Additional hourly rates are usually calculated as 35% of the total package and determined by the availability/limitations of the staff, products, and service. Additional service hours can be requested and purchased at the time of booking for no extra fees.
SETUP & BREAKDOWN
To ensure a smooth and timely service, a minimum of 1-2 hours is required prior to the event start time for bar setup. Setup includes arranging bar equipment, mixers, garnishes, cups, and ensuring the bar is fully prepared for service. The client must ensure:
- The setup area is clean, safe, suitable, accessible, and ready upon arrival
- Adequate space is provided for bar equipment, trash, and guest flow
- A stable table or bar area is available (unless a bar is included in the package)
- Access to necessary utilities (if applicable)
Delays in access to the venue or setup area may result in reduced service time and/or additional fees. If early access is required, additional fees may apply.
Breakdown begins immediately following the scheduled end of service and typically requires 30 minutes to 1 hour. During this time, all bar equipment, supplies, and materials provided by Steve Thee Bartender will be properly cleaned, packed, and removed from the service area. The client is responsible for:
- Removing all personal items, alcohol, and trash not included in the service
- Providing trash receptacles for event use
If breakdown is delayed due to venue restrictions or guest interference, additional fees may apply.
GUEST CONDUCT & SAFETY
- No guns, knives, or weapons of any kind are allowed near the bar area of Steve Thee Bartender.
- No glass or sharp objects are allowed near the bar area of Steve Thee Bartender.
- No smoking (E-cigs, cigarettes or cigars) or vaping near the bar area of Steve Thee Bartender.
- No pets (including service animals) are allowed near the bar area.
- No outside food/beverages are allowed on or near the bar area.
- There shall be no fighting, horseplaying, jumping or running at any time near the bar area of Steve Thee Bartender.
- Services are limited to the guest(s) of the client. Service may be refused at any time by staff of the Steve Thee Bartender.
- Only Steve Thee Bartender staff are allowed behind the bar.
- Guests are not allowed to touch and/or manipulate (unless provided permission by Steve Thee Bartender staff) any equipment, product, or features of the bar. (Ex. leaning on the bar for support, reaching over the bar, or pouring your own shot)
- Individuals under the age of 21 are not allowed at the assigned bar of Steve Thee Bartender unless accompanied by an adult or person over the age of 21. Even if accompanied by an adult, no individual under the age of 21 may order any alcoholic beverages.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, underage, or behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner to the discretion of the staff of Steve Thee Bartender.
- Steve Thee Bartender is not liable for any incidents or injuries resulting from guest behavior or alcohol consumption.
TRAVEL FEES
Travel fees may apply for events outside of the standard service area within the State of Mississippi. This will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.
AGREEMENT
This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Mississippi. By booking with Steve Thee Bartender, the client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this policy contract upon signing.
