Terms & Conditions
BOOKING, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS
A non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your event date. Services are not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the start of your event. For outdoor events, the client must provide adequate coverage (tent or shelter) in case of inclement weather. In unsafe weather conditions, services may be paused or canceled for safety reasons. All reservation fees (deposits) are non-refundable, and cancellations made within seven (7) days may result in partial or no refund of remaining balance. Dates may be rescheduled due to availability of Sip & Chill Mobile Bar trailer and staff. Upon receiving of the reservation fee (deposit), a copy of the staff’s bartending license(s) and/or the General Liquor Liability Insurance (if applicable) can be requested by the client.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Package A: Everything will be supplied by Sip & Chill Mobile Bar. The client and guests will be responsible for paying for their own drink(s) ordered.
- Package B: The client supplies liquor, ice, garnishes, juice, sodas and ingredients needed. The guests will not have to purchase drinks made while the client’s supplies last.
- Package C: The client supplies liquor only. Ice, garnishes, juice, sodas and ingredients needed will be supplied by Sip & Chill Mobile Bar. Client can opt to sell (Cash Bar) or give away (Open Bar) drinks while supplies last within the three (3) hour service time and up to 25 guests.
- Package D: The client supplies liquor only. Ice, garnishes, juice, sodas and ingredients needed will be supplied by Sip & Chill Mobile Bar. Client can opt to sell (Cash Bar) or give away (Open Bar) drinks while supplies last within the three (3) hour service time and up to 45 guests.
- All Exclusive Package: Everything will be supplied by Sip & Chill Mobile Bar. Guests of the client will be required to wear wristbands to be provided with specified drinks during the three (3) hour service time and up to 50 guests.
The client is solely responsible for permissions and required licenses of the venue where the event will be held regarding alcohol serving and operating.
The client should inform Sip & Chill Mobile Bar of any requested amenities/ADD-ONS that are usually not kept in the trailer (Ex. Pool Table, Slushie Machine, Extra Seating).
SERVICE TIME & OVERTIME
Service begins and ends at the times agreed upon between the client and Sip & Chill Mobile Bar. Any additional time requested during the event will be subject to availability of products and staff, at the discretion of Sip & Chill Mobile Bar and billed at an hourly overtime rate. Please be aware that service time(s) are usually in increments of three (3) hours. Additional hourly rates are usually calculated as 35% of the total package and determined by the availability/limitations of the staff, products, and service. Additional service hours can be requested and purchased at the time of booking for no extra fees.
SETUP & BREAKDOWN
We require adequate time for setting up and breakdown before and after the event. The service area must be accessible, safe, and ready upon arrival. Any delays caused by restricted access or site conditions may affect service times. Clients will not be charged setup and breakdown hours.
For events utilizing the Sip & Chill Mobile Bar trailer, the client must ensure:
- A flat, stable surface for trailer placement
- Adequate space for setup and guest access
- Accessibility for trailer entry/exit (no obstructions or restricted pathways)
- Access to power (if required)
GUEST CONDUCT & SAFETY
- No guns, knives, or weapons of any kind are allowed on the Sip & Chill Mobile Bar trailer.
- No glass or sharp objects are allowed on the Sip & Chill Mobile Bar trailer.
- No smoking (E-cigs, cigarettes or cigars) or vaping inside the Sip & Chill Mobile Bar trailer. Individuals are allowed to vape on the patio ONLY
- No pets (including service animals) are allowed on the Sip & Chill Mobile Bar trailer.
- No outside food/beverages are allowed on the Sip & Chill Mobile trailer.
- There shall be no fighting, horseplaying, jumping or running at any time on the Sip & Chill Mobile Bar trailer.
- The patio area of the Sip & Chill Mobile Bar is still an extension of the trailer, and the same rules are applied to this area.
- Seating and services are limited to the guest(s) of the client. Service and seating may be refused at any time by staff of the Sip & Chill Mobile Bar.
- Only Sip & Chill Mobile Bar staff are allowed behind the bar.
- Guests are not allowed to touch and/or manipulate (unless provided permission by Sip & Chill Mobile Bar staff) any equipment, product, or features of the trailer. (Ex. Adjusting the tv volume, reaching over the bar, or pouring your own shot)
- Individuals under the age of 21 are not allowed inside the Sip & Chill Mobile Bar trailer unless accompanied by an adult or person over the age of 21. Even if accompanied by an adult, no individual under the age of 21 may be present at the bar. These individuals may utilize the drive-thru window or patio area for ordering purposes.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, underage, or behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner to the discretion of the staff of Sip & Chill Mobile Bar.
- Sip & Chill Mobile Bar is not liable for any incidents or injuries resulting from guest behavior or alcohol consumption.
TRAVEL FEES
Travel fees may apply for events outside of the standard service area within the State of Mississippi. This will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.
AGREEMENT
This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Mississippi. By booking with Sip and Chill Mobile Bar, the client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this policy contract upon signing.
