  • Client Agreement & Informed Consent for Pet Care Services
This Client Agreement and Informed Consent Agreement is entered into by and between the undersigned client and Service Provider as of the date signed below.

    1. Vaccination Representation and Requirement
Client represents and warrants that all pets receiving services are current, to the best of Client's knowledge, on all required vaccinations.

Dogs: Rabies, Leptospirosis, Bordetella, and Canine Distemper/Parvovirus (DHPP)
    Cats: Rabies

Client acknowledges that maintaining current vaccinations is a material condition of service. In the event any Pet is determined, at any time, to be not current on required vaccinations, Service Provider reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or terminate services without liability.

    2. Payment Terms
Client agrees to remit full payment for services as follows:

Single-day services: Payment due on the same day services are rendered.
Multi-day and overnight services: Payment due on the final day of services.

Invoices are issued weekly on Sundays. Accepted forms of payment include Stripe, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. Any unpaid balances may result in suspension or termination of future services at the discretion of the Service Provider.

    3. Cancellation Policy
Client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of the Service Provider's cancellation policy, including any required notice periods, fees, and non-refundable deposits. Client agrees to be bound by the terms of that policy.

    4. Emergency Veterinary Authorization
In the event of illness, injury, or other emergency affecting the Pet(s), Client authorizes Service Provider to obtain veterinary care as deemed reasonably necessary if Client cannot be reached in a timely manner. Client grants Service Provider authority to make decisions regarding the Pet(s)' care in good faith and in the Pet(s)' best interest.

Client agrees to be solely responsible for all veterinary costs and related expenses incurred. Should Service Provider advance payment for such services, Client agrees to reimburse all amounts in full, which may be added to the Client's invoice.

    5. Communication Consent
Client consents to receive communications from Service Provider via phone call, text message (SMS), and email for purposes including, but not limited to, service updates, scheduling, and pet care notifications.

    6. General Provisions
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes any prior agreements or representations. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

    Cancellation Policy:

Deposit Requirement: A deposit equal to twenty percent (20%) of the total cost of services is required at the time of booking to secure the requested service dates and times. No services shall be reserved or guaranteed until the deposit has been received.
Application of Deposit: The deposit shall be applied toward the total balance due for the scheduled services.
Cancellation Notice Requirement: The Client agrees to provide no less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice prior to the scheduled service time for any cancellation or request to reschedule.
Cancellations with Proper Notice: In the event that the Client provides at least 14 days, the deposit is refundable; however, if less than 14 days of notice is given, the deposit is no longer refundable, but may be applied as a credit toward a future booking scheduled within 60 days of the day of cancellation
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice shall result in forfeiture of the deposit, which shall remain non-refundable and non-transferable. In such cases, the deposit shall be forfeited, and the Service Provider reserves the right to require full or partial prepayment for any future bookings.
