This form is to be completed by a Specialist International Medical Graduate (SIMG) or International Medical Graduate (IMG) who is seeking to obtain medical registration from the Medical Board of Australia (MBA) for employment in a Short-Term Training (STT) position in an Australian emergency department. These applications require assessment by the College of the SIMG/IMG's international qualifications and experience and the suitability of the position.
