In applying for membership of Gold Coast Retirees Inc, I agree to abide by the Constitution and Rules of Gold Coast Retirees Inc. and the legal requirements under the Associations Incorporations Act (Qld.) and the laws of Queensland. 

Eligibility and Liability - To be eligible an applicant for membership must be a self-funded or part self-funded retiree. 

Gold Coast Retirees Inc is an incorporated association under the Associations Incorporations Act (QLD) and in the unlikely event of its being wound up liability is limited to $2 per member. Gold Coast Retirees Inc has public liability insurance at $10,000,000.
