  • Concord Park Shelter Rental Application

    Please use this form to submit a rental request for the Concord Park Shelter. This area accommodates up to 25 guests and includes 3 picnic tables and access to two 20-amp electrical outlets (two plugs per outlet). Rental rates are determined by residency status, and a refundable security deposit is required for all reservations. For inquiries, please contact us at rentals@ncprd.org.     North Clackamas Parks & Recreation District (NCPRD) is not responsible for accidents, injury, illness, damage, or loss of group or individual property. All groups and individuals using the facility will take appropriate measures to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless NCPRD, its governing and advisory boards/committees, and all employees against any and all claims for such occurrences as a result of persons attending any function at the facility. NCPRD may require the applicant to present a certificate of insurance, proof of posted bond, provide on-site security officers (hired by NCPRD), or meet other special conditions. 

    These rental fees are specifically for the use of the covered shelter area and do not include permission to use any other areas of the park for recreational purposes, as described in ORS 105.672 to 105.696. The immunities provided by ORS 105.682 remain applicable to the use of all park areas other than the use of the area for which this fee is paid.

    By signing below, you affirm that you have read the Rental/Permit Rules and understand that the rental hours are inclusive of event set-up and tear-down. You are responsible for the conduct of all participants at the above-described activity and duly acknowledge that inappropriate or offensive behavior to staff will result in the inability to rent again. I hereby agree to be responsible for the safekeeping of the facilities and equipment used for this activity and for payment of all charges in accordance with standards established by NCPRD.

    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least four weeks before the reserved date will receive a refund, minus the processing fee. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the reserved date will receive a 50% refund, minus the processing fee.

    Concord Park Rental/Permit Rules

    1. All set up and clean up time must take place during the paid permit/reservation period.
    2. Park users are responsible for the clean-up of their rented area. Please separate trash when possible and use recycling receptacles. 
    3. Fires in barbeques only. You are welcome to bring self-contained barbeques into the park, with prior approval. You are responsible for the safe disposal of coal and grease off-site.
    4. Alcohol is allowed by permit only. NCPRD may require the applicant to present a certificate of insurance, to post a bond, provide security officers (approved by NCPRD), or meet other special conditions.
    5. Dogs must be on leash at all times, unless in a designated off-leash area.
    6. Concord Park is a public venue; therefore, reserving parking spaces without proper procedure is restricted. Vehicles must remain in designated parking areas.
    7. Clackamas County Code Ch. 6.05 requires that no noise or excessive sound that disturbs others be allowed.
    8. Special Use Permits and insurance are required for the use of any inflatable structures, dunk tanks, or alcohol. Bounce houses are not allowed under any circumstances. 
    9. If alcohol is used at an event that is rented as a non-alcohol event, the entire security deposit will be forfeited.
    10. Piñatas are not allowed.
    11. Renter must provide their own sports equipment, horseshoes, or barbecue
    12. Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited. 
    13. The speed limit in the park is 10 miles per hour unless otherwise designated.
