Is the entry vehicle aligned with your investment goal? Appreciation vs. cashflow vs. legacy — know which problem you are solving for.
Does the payment structure match your capital availability? Over-stretching entry terms creates forced selling risk at the worst time.

Have you assessed currency risk and how peso-dollar swings affect returns? A 10% currency move can erase or multiply your returns — model both scenarios.
Is there a defined and realistic liquidity path when you are ready to exit? Secondary market depth varies widely by location and property type. Verify first.
