The company provided adminstrative support services, including:
1. Notifying medical providers, pharmacies, and related services of death
2. Requesting cancellation of services and prescripitions
3. Documenting communications and confirmation
4. The Company does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice
Authorization Requirement
Services will begin only after the Client provides:
1. Signed HIPPAA Authorization
2. Authorization to Act on Client's behalf
Fees & Payment
Client agrees to selected package:
1. Essential Closure
2. Comprehensive Closure
3. White-Glove Support
Payment is due prior to service initation
Turnaround Time
1. Typical completion time is 2-5 business days, depending on provider responsivess
Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
1. Provide accurate information
2. Supply required documentation (e.g., death certifiate if available)
3. Respond promptly to clarification requests
Limitations of Service
The company:
1. Cannot guarantee provider response time
2. Is not responsible for billing errors made by third parties
3. Does not make legal or estate decisions
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Full refund avaible before work begins
2. Partial refunds may be issued at Company discretion after work has started
Privacy Policy
All client information is handled securely and used only for service fulfillment
