Private Event Terms & Conditions

Read carefully before you submit this form

1. Booking Confirmation
To secure your private event, a 30% non-refundable deposit must be paid within 72 hours of the invoice being issued.
If the deposit is not received within this time, the date may be released without further notice.

2. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 72 hours before the event date.
Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellation Policy
The initial 30% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event may be charged the full amount.
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to admincubansalsadidcot@gmail.com.

4. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where possible.
Requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
New dates are subject to availability.

5. Event Changes
Any changes to the event (time, location, number of participants, or services requested) must be communicated at least 72 hours before the event. Additional fees may apply.

6. Late Payments
Late payments may incur additional charges or result in cancellation of services.

7. Client Responsibilities
Ensure the venue is suitable and safe for the activity.
Provide accurate event details at the time of booking.
Inform us of any special requirements in advance.

8. Liability
We are not responsible for:
Injuries or accidents during the event caused by participant negligence
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Issues arising from venue conditions outside our control

9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, government restrictions, emergencies). In such cases, rescheduling will be offered where possible.

10. Agreement
By confirming your booking and making payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
