The Aeronauts are the official volunteer group for The Great Reno Balloon Race. As an Aeronaut, you get a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to put on such a magical event.
To volunteer at The Great Reno Balloon Race, please fully complete the electronic application. Must be at least 18-years-old to become an official Aeronaut. Registration after July 1st will not be guaranteed Aeronaut apparel. Registration closes July 15th or once full.

  Aeronauts must work at least two 8-hour shifts in order to receive a volunteer parking pass, official GRBR Apparel and gift.

I understand that it is mandatory to be crew trained to work with the balloons, and each year I must attend at least one crew training session. Both the application and liability release must be signed in order to participate as a Great Reno Balloon Race Aeronaut.
