Shift 5 - trainees both learning initiator.
1st Hour:
- Give both trainees an introduction to the line and explain everything in a guided tour from the bun stand all the way down to the UHC. (Remember, until now they have only been focused on grill/fried so this is a whole new station!)
Following the Fred Doc on the ipad show both Trainees the initiator station - Stay with both for first hour until fully confident.
2nd Hour:
- Leave one trainee initiating S1 and take the other to do initiating on S2. (Swap them from S1/S2 @ 3rd hour)
2nd & 3rd hour should be spent practising initiator and completing below secondaries
