Junior Strength Training – Parent Information & Risk Notice (Under 16)
At Dynamic Edge, we are proud to support young participants in developing strength, coordination,
and confidence through appropriately supervised training.
Supervised Training Approach
All children:
Train under the supervision of qualified coaches
Perform exercises that are age-appropriate and developmentally suitable
Are guided with a focus on technique, control, and safety
Important Risk Information
Participation in strength and conditioning activities is considered a recreational activity and involves
inherent risks.
These may include:
Muscle soreness or fatigue
Minor strains or sprains
Accidental injury from equipment or movement
While we take all reasonable care to provide a safe environment, these risks cannot be completely
eliminated.
Expectations of Participants
To maintain a safe environment, all junior participants are expected to:
Follow coach instructions at all times
Use equipment only as directed
Behave in a safe and respectful manner

Participants who do not follow instructions may be removed from the session.
Health & Medical Considerations
Parents/guardians are responsible for:
Ensuring their child is medically fit to participate
Informing coaches of any injuries or medical conditions
Updating us on any changes to their child's health
Duty of Care
Dynamic Edge Health & Fitness Group Pty Ltd will:
Take reasonable care in delivering supervised training
Provide instruction appropriate to the child's age and ability
