I acknowledge that participating in activities operated by BridgeCity Moto, including the use of the wheelie machine, involves inherent risks including but not limited to loss of control, falls, mechanical failure, and serious injury.

I aunderstand these risks and voluntarily choose to participate at my own risk.

I agree that BridgeCity Moto, its owners, operators, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur as a result of my participation.

I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

I agree to follow all instructions given by staff and understand that I may be removed from the activity at any time for safety reasons.
