    To ensure your listing is 100% MLS-compliant and ready for buyers, we need to collect specific details about your property. This process typically takes about 10 minutes.

     

    The Checklist:

    • Property Details: Square footage, year built, # of bedrooms/baths
    • Legal Description: This can be obtained from your property tax bill or on your countys property appraiser website. You can find instructions of how to obtain it at: Find My Legal Description
    • Room Measurements: Approximate sizes for the Kitchen, Living Room, and Primary Bedroom and flooring in each room.
    • HOA Info: Monthly/Quarterly fees and contact info (if applicable).
    • Photos: Up to 25 quality images (JPEG or PNG).
    • The Price: Your listing price.
    • Payment: Method of Payment

    A street address is not a legal description. We need the Lot/Block or Metes & Bounds found on your county tax record to ensure your contract is legally enforceable.
  • How to Find Your Property’s Legal Description

    To comply with Florida Real Estate Law and MLS requirements, we must include the official Legal Description on your listing agreement. Please follow these quick steps:
