While there’s no obligation to leave a gift to Kids Operating Room, we’d deeply appreciate your support if you decide to do so.

Once you submit this form, your details will be shared with the National Free Wills Network, who will send your free Will writing pack which includes a step-by-step guide on what to do next.

We will also send you the Kids Operating Room gifts in Will information pack, containing essential information about Kids Operating Room and helpful advice.

National Free Wills Network is available for residents in mainland UK and Northern Ireland. It does not include the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. The Network will share a list of solicitors in your local area in your free Will writing pack.
