  • 2026 Entrepreneurship Summer Camp

  • IMPORTANT: Camp will be held from July 20th–31st, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily. Participants will attend one week only and should indicate their preferred session: Week 1, Week 2, or Either Week. Girls will turn ideas into businesses: spot opportunities & solve problems, build a business plan & marketing strategy, & pitch for a chance to receive $250 in start  up funds. This camp is for rising 6th-10th graders.

    We ask permission from every LEAD Girl participant's parent/guardian to include them in photos and/or videos taken during the program, and to ask them about their experience in the program on participant surveys. Your responses below are required for permission.
  • PERMISSION FOR PHOTOGRAPHY of Participant to LEAD Girls of NC

    For valuable consideration received, I hereby grant LEAD Girls of NC (LEAD), its agents and/or assigns the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission concerning any photographs or other images (hereafter called "media") taken or to be taken of my minor child/participant in LEAD activities in which the participant may be included with others, to use, reuse, publish, and republish the photographs in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including the internet, and for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration; and to use the minor child’s name in connection with any use if LEAD so chooses.

    I release and discharge LEAD, its agents and assigns, from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy.

    This authorization and release shall also inure to the benefit of the Board of Directors, legal representatives, and licensees of LEAD. I am a legally competent adult and have the right to contract on behalf of the minor child/participant. I have read this document and fully understand its contents. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

  • Application Fees & Scholarships

    Camp tuition is $275.00 per participant. If you are requesting consideration for a scholarship, you MUST complete a separate scholarship request form. You will receive a notification and a link to the scholarship form within 3 days of submitting this application.

    Financial Disclaimer: Applying for a scholarship does not automatically disqualify you from being accepted into the camp. However, scholarship funds are limited and will be awarded based on availability.

  • If accepted into the program, are you able to pay the program fee of $275? (If accepted, a $75 non-refundable deposit will be due within 7 days to confirm your spot. If the deposit is not received, the participant may be moved to the waitlist. All remaining balances must be paid in full by July 1, 2026.)*

  • Please Note: There is no application fee. If accepted into the program, an invoice will be sent with payment instructions.
