Please fill out the form with as much detail as possible, including all tattoo ideas you’re considering. This helps me better understand your vision and provide the most accurate timing and cost estimate. Please note there is a $250 minimum for any tattoo, which typically covers 2–3 very small tattoos. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and confirms understanding of the estimated pricing discussed during submission.
Booking for a Group?

If everyone is getting the same tattoo, you can submit one form for the group. – If each person is getting a different design, please have each individual fill out their own separate form—even if you’re coming in together.

Describe in detail what you are looking to get
Please list each tattoo along with as much detail as possible. If requesting a custom design, include all desired elements such as shading, color, style (cartoon, realism, fine line, etc.), and any specific details.

Preferred Location
Studio Update: Adouré Ink is relocating from San Diego to Oakland, CA. Permanent makeup bookings will be paused for the summer while the new studio is being prepared, with hopes to open mid-August to September.Inquiries are still welcome, but appointments will be booked once grand opening dates are confirmed. San Diego guest spot dates will be announced on Instagram and TikTok at @adoureink.
