KID PWR RUN CLUB SUMMER CAMP

Thank you for choosing KID PWR Run Club Summer Confidence Camps are held Tuesday thru Thursday from 9am - 1pm. See flyer for ages. Choose from June 30, July 1 or July 2. Camp will be held at Vero Beach Church of Christ Lynn Center, 3306 20th St, Vero Beach, FL 32960. We are not your regular summer camp and we are not a playgroup!!!! Our camps focus on confidence, grit, and growth mindset. Our camps & programs are unique, proven, fun AND empowering. Join us for 1 days, 2 days or ALL 3 days! Outdoor games, water activities, arts & crafts & indoor games. Registration - Cash/Zelle payment is $65 per day, Credit Card payment is $75/day. Sibling discount is $5 off.

STEP UP SCHOLARSHIP (HOMESCHOOL NOTICE)

Homeschool Scholarship Notice (Step Up for Students). Kid PWR Enterprise LLC is not a direct provider of the Step Up for Students scholarship program. Families using scholarship funds must pay registration directly and may request a receipt for reimbursement. To request a receipt, please email: kidpwr.runclub@gmail.com. Include your child’s first and last name in the subject line and indicate the program/session in your email. Receipts will be provided within 1 week after payment is received. POLICIES & AGREEMENTS

Please carefully review the following policies. Participation in Kid PWR Enterprise LLC programs requires agreement to all terms below. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to all policies below.
1️⃣ Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Participation in athletic training and camp involves inherent risks including falls, collisions, muscle strains, and other injuries. By enrolling my child in Kid PWR Enterprise LLC programs, I acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for participation. I release and hold harmless Kid PWR Enterprise LLC, Vero Beach Church of Christ, both its owner, coaches, staff, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2️⃣ Medical Authorization

In the event of injury or emergency, I authorize Kid PWR Enterprise LLC staff to seek medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached. I understand I am financially responsible for any medical care provided. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

3️⃣ Refund & Enrollment Policy

We Understand Your Plans May ChangeWe do require to pay a rental fee wether or not your child attends camp. We will allow camp days to be rescheduled to a different day or week with a 72 hour advance notice. If your child is becomes sick and cannot attend camp that day, you may reschedule with a doctor’s note. There are no credits or refunds for missed camp, withdrawal, change of mind, behavioral dismissal or unused days of camp. Refunds are only issued if camp is canceled by Kid PWR Enterprise LLC. Spots are reserved upon payment and enrollment secures placement for camp. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

4️⃣ Weather Policy

Camps are rain or shine. Camps held at Vero Beach Church of Christ will be in the Lynn Center (upstairs). The room is equipped with air conditioning & private boys & girls bathroom. Downstairs there is a playground and open area for us to run around and be outside for water activities, running & games. No refunds or credits are issued if you cancel or choose not to show up due to weather. Safety decisions are made at the sole discretion of Kid PWR Enterprise LLC. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

5️⃣ Illness Policy

To protect the health and safety of all participants, children who are sick must remain home. Participants must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours without fever-reducing medication before returning. We will allow camp days to be rescheduled to a different day or week with a 72 hour advance notice. If your child is becomes sick the day prior, please notify us via text message at 714-642-9552. You may reschedule with a doctor’s note. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Enrollment secures your athlete’s placement for the full season regardless of attendance.

6️⃣ Behavior & Dismissal Policy

Kid PWR Enterprise LLC is committed to providing a safe, structured, and positive training environment for all participants. Children are expected to: • Follow coach instructions • Demonstrate respectful behavior toward coaches and peers • Maintain safe conduct during drills and activities • Avoid disruptive, unsafe, or aggressive behavior. Safety is our highest priority. If a participant engages in behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or repeatedly disregards instruction, the following steps may occur: 1) Verbal redirection and coaching correction, 2) Temporary removal from activity during the session, 3) Parent communication, 4) Dismissal from the program if behavior does not improve. Kid PWR Enterprise LLC reserves the right to remove a participant at any time if their behavior compromises the safety or experience of others. Dismissal due to behavior will not result in a refund. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. All behavior-related decisions are made at the sole discretion of Kid PWR Enterprise LLC.

I understand that Kid PWR Enterprise LLC may take photographs and/or video recordings during program activities for promotional and marketing purposes, including use on websites, social media, printed materials, and digital communications. I acknowledge that no compensation will be provided for such use and that no sensitive personal information will be disclosed.
