By registering with Elysian Fitness, I confirm that:
• I am physically fit to participate in training and take full responsibility for my health.
• I understand that exercise involves risks (injury, dizziness, discomfort) and I accept these risks.
• I agree to follow all gym rules, safety guidelines, and maintain respectful behavior at all times.
• Memberships are fixed-term (3, 6 or 12 months depending on the selected package) and are non-transferable.
• No refunds are applicable under any circumstances.
• No refunds, credits, transfers, or freezes will be granted for any unused sessions, time, or change of circumstances.
• If I cancel before the end of my membership, I agree to pay 25% of the remaining amount due.
• If my membership is terminated due to misconduct, I agree to pay 50% of the remaining amount due.
• If payment is not made for more than 2 months, a 25% penalty may be applied and legal action may be taken.
• I agree to bear all legal costs, including a 10% commission fee, if recovery action is required.
• Elysian Fitness is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
• I am responsible for the proper use of my membership and access credentials.
• My access to the gym is strictly personal. I will not share my access code or allow any other person to enter using my membership. Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, and Elysian Fitness reserves the right to take legal action where necessary.
• Membership does not include access to the pool. Use of the pool is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized by management.
• Members must park only in designated visitor parking areas. Elysian Fitness is not responsible for any loss, damage, or incidents involving vehicles parked within the premises or surrounding residence.

The Fat Loss Program is a fixed 13-week commitment running from 21 September to 18 December 2026. Selecting monthly payment is an instalment arrangement and does not constitute a month-to-month membership. All three monthly payments remain due regardless of attendance, unused classes, personal circumstances or withdrawal from the program. Payments already made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
