Focus Areas
In addition to the minimum criteria, the Foundation prioritizes funding in the following areas: Youth, Education, Seniors, and Community Benefit.
Application Instructions
Please be concise and specific in describing your project, its activities, and how the funds will be used.
1. No application attachments will be accepted. We will contact you if additional information is needed.
2. Explain how the funds will benefit the local community and achieve the intended outcome of your project.
3. The Foundation expects to be recognized for its contribution. This can include media releases, letters to the editor, the Roseville Rotary Club or Foundation name and logo on printed materials, prominent placement on social media, or other public acknowledgment.
4. Please identify any other funding sources you have applied to for this project. Applying to other sources does not negatively impact your application. The Foundation values leveraging multiple funding sources to achieve greater results.
5. You may apply for more than one project, but each project requires a separate application.
6. Applications will not be accepted for projects or purchases already completed.
7. Grant funds must be expended within 12 months of grant approval.
8. For grants exceeding $5,000, status reports may be required. Report frequency will be based on the length of the project and the terms of the grant agreement.
Note: The Community Grant program does not award funds for scholarships. Please see the Foundation's separate scholarship program for requests related to educational institutions.
