2026 Harvest Moon Jubilee
Hosted by VAS Adventures, LLC
Event Details
The Harvest Moon Jubilee will take place on September 5, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 170 Southgate Drive in Georgetown, Kentucky. Vendor setup will begin at 1:00 PM, and all participants are expected to be fully set up prior to the start of the event, with breakdown and clean up completed by 8:00 PM.
Event Description
The event is a fall community gathering where people can shop, eat, and spend time with family. We are planning for 30 to 50 vendors, up to 3 food trucks, family-friendly activities, and interactive elements like a community plant and seed swap. Invitations have been sent to local FFA chapters, the Scott County Humane Society, and Texas Roadhouse to help increase community involvement and foot traffic. This application is open to market vendors, food trucks, and informational booths, with priority given to local artisans, Kentucky Proud businesses, and vendors offering unique or locally made products. Lunara (VAS Adventures, LLC) will be the only sourdough-focused booth (breads, cookies, and pasta), while other dessert and specialty food vendors are still welcome. A portion of event proceeds will help fund a scholarship supporting local students pursuing education relative to the vendor community. Our goal is to create a well-balanced event that supports both the community and participating vendors.
Location Details
The event will take place in the reserved parking lot at Harmony Christian Church in Georgetown, KY, which will be divided into vendor space, food truck areas, and attendee parking. Restroom access and on-site security will be provided. To help maximize parking availability, vendors are asked to limit themselves to one vehicle and to keep their assigned area clean throughout the event.

Vendor - Terms and Conditions
All vendors are responsible for ensuring they meet any applicable local, state, and federal requirements related to their business operations. This may include, but is not limited to, business licenses, temporary permits, health department approvals, and any required food service certifications. Food vendors and food trucks must comply with all Scott County Health Department regulations. Vendors may be required to provide proof of general liability insurance and agree to operate in a safe and professional manner throughout the event. Copies of any required permits, licenses, and insurance documentation must be uploaded with this application or provided upon request prior to approval. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own setup, including tents, tables, chairs, and any necessary equipment, unless otherwise approved in advance. Tents must be properly weighted for safety, and tent walls are recommended, as this is a rain or shine event. All booths must be clean, well-maintained, and appropriate for a family-friendly environment. Vendors are expected to remain set up for the full duration of the event and participate in both setup and teardown within the designated timeframes. VAS Adventures, LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any application and to limit vendor categories in order to maintain a balanced and diverse event experience.
