    Decor & Craft Prep (June 22nd - 25th, 1:00-5:00pm)

    This year all small group leaders are invited to assist with decor and craft prep. We'll also learn the dances and pray for camp during this time together.

     

    Snack Prep (June 18th, 6:00pm)

    Working under our food coordinator to prepare yummy snacks for the kids and volunteers.

    Preparing our campuses for the arrival of campers.

    Clean Up - July 3rd

    Help after the final day of camp to clean up the facility.

    Yorkson- 12:30am - 3:30pm
    Willowbrook- 12:30pm - 3:30pm
    (lunch provided)

    Aldergrove- 5:00pm - 8:00pm
    Walnut Grove- 5:00pm - 8:00pm
    (dinner provided)

    Help teardown stage decor after MOVE Camp Sunday

  • During Camp (June 29-July 3)

  • Support Aid

    Providing support to some of our children who will need some extra care to participate in all aspect of camp. Must be trained in education or special education.

  • First Aid

    June 29 - July 3, Various Shifts (must be 19+)

    Supporting camp through providing a safe atmosphere for the kids. Must be a trained nurse or have active first aid training. With Wacky Water Day on Wednesday, all first aid positions will be at Telegraph Trail Park (West Langley School) for that day.

  • ***Please note that current first-aid certification is required for the first aid role.

  • Games

    Every day, June 29- July 3 from 8:00-12:30PM - Morning Shift
    Every day, June 29- July 3 from 12:45-5:00PM - Afternoon Shift

    Work with our games coordinator to set-up and run activities outside for the campers. You need to be available for each day of camp June 30- July 3 for your selected shift.

  • Crafts

    Every day, June 29- July 3 from 8:00-12:30PM - Morning Shift
    Every day, June 29- July 3 from 12:45-5:00PM - Afternoon Shift

    Work with our craftscoordinator to set-up and run activities for the campers. You need to be available for each day of camp June 30- July 3 for your selected shift.

  • Media & Tech

    June 29- July 3, Various Shifts

    Providing technical support to the camp program either through sound, media, photography or videography. Please be available each day of camp for your selected time slot.

  • Daily Check-In

    Every day, June 29- July 3 from 8-9am - Morning Shift
    Every day, June 29- July 3 from 12:45-1:30pm - Afternoon Shift

    Welcome arriving families, assist with checking-in children through our electric computer check-in system and answer questions.

  • Snack Servers

    June 29, June 30, July 2, July 3 (various shifts)

    Help feed our hungry campers! All the snacks will already be prepared, you just need to come and hand them out. No servers are needed on the Wednesday Wacky Water Day.

    On Wednesday, July 1st we offer a fun break in the program for all locations. Come and help us set up and run various water stations!

  • MSY After-Events!

    MOVE Camp is our annual MSY service opportunity. As such, we try and replicate a week of serving together similar to what you’d experience on a mission trip. This is part of why we do training beforehand, as well as why we have some fun after-parties on Monday evening before camp starts and the Thursday evening of MOVE camp in Walnut Grove! Stay tuned for an email in the coming weeks for a link to register. You don't want to miss this!

  • HSY After-Events!

    Hey HSY students! MOVE Camp is our annual service opportunity for us all to serve together. Come join us for a fun week and some awesome after-parties to help unwind. These are super fun evenings to play games, hang out, eat great food and more just as HSY. These will happen on the Monday before camp starts and the Wednesday evening of MOVE Camp at our Walnut Grove Campus. Stay tuned for an email in the coming weeks for a link to register! You don't want to miss this!
