    Thank you for your interest in submitting a session proposal for the New Orleans/Baton Rouge AFP Summer Conference, taking place on Thursday, July 16th (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) in Baton Rouge.

  • We invite nonprofit professionals to submit proposals for one-hour sessions across a range of fundraising topics, including donor engagement, major gifts, annual giving, grant writing, corporate partnerships, and planned giving. Sessions that incorporate Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) principles, as well as those designed for small shops or early-career fundraisers, are especially encouraged. We welcome sessions that bring fresh thinking, practical insight, and meaningful engagement to strengthen our philanthropic community. (Note: Thank you again for your interest in submitting an RFP. We truly appreciate your interest. Please note that while we do have a very small stipend budget, it is limited and cannot fully cover travel costs and expenses for out-of-town presenters.)
